Radio Finder! App Reviews

This app does what its description says it does. If thats worth the price to you then buy it otherwise dont. The reviewers who are complaining that it doesnt stream any stations didnt read the description. (Im giving them the benefit of the doubt by calling them "reviewers" rather than speculating about their personal characteristics.) Im not giving it 5 stars because the info is not completely up to date and it could give more info about the stations.

This app is lame. It is completely worthless. I wish i didnt buy it. Save your 99 cents.

If you dont have the internet on an iPod touch, you have no GPS. Therefore, it cant find any radio stations. I naively trusted this "Mike Shilinski" in his saying that the app doesnt require internet. WRONG! It does... obviously. I found THAT out the hard way.

U cant even play any stations u find does wat it says but totally useless

while it works perfectly fine on an iPhone with a signal or a wi-fi-connected iPod Touch, if one has no signal or no wi-fi connection (think driving in the country), there is no way to tell the app where you are located. So while its great that the database of radio stations is in the app itself instead, thats of no benefit when you must connect to a phone network or wi-fi network simply to tell the app where you are. Id give this five stars if it had the ability to tell the app where you are by zip code or any other "manual" way.

You cant listen to itttttt.

It wont find your location. So you cant listen to it. Dont wast your money.

I Wasted a dollar on this app. Im from PA and its giving me stations from NY that I cant get in and most of my favorite stations arent listed at all. And I know there are other rock stations in the area and they werent listed either. Would be a great app if it streamed radio and was better at finding local radio stations.

It does work good when you have 3G. It also works good when your iPhone can get decent GPS reception. My only suggestion is a more up to date listing of radio stations. Does what it says.

It is a complete was of time and money. Unless you like to only just view the radio channels and not hear them.

People, the purpose of this app isnt to let you listen to radio, but find stations in an unfamilliar area.

I thought it sounded reliable and like it worked. While it did work, it proved that I had had a false vision. Did not play music. Keeping it just in case they update it to play music.

No more scanning through channels for half an hour to find the right radio station!

This is a perfect app for those of us who travel a lot. Read the description of what it does - finds radio stations where ever you are. IT DOES NOT PLAY THE RADIO STATIONS. Dont buy it if thats what you want. And dont trash the rating for the app because you didnt read the description. Really smart to have the stations all download so you dont need an Internet connection - just GPS. Great app!!!

I dont like it at all! All I want is to be able to listen to 1 local radio station and of course it doesnt have it. Then it wont even let me play any stations! So dont buy it!!!

I bought this app and I would tap the stations you want to hear and it would act like you didnt do anything. This a dang piece of crap.

People read the description before u buy it!!!!!! It never says it will play music , it only says it will tell you wat the stations are around you. So stop trashing it about not playing the music. Go find a radio app If your looking for that.do you really think it would be only .99 if it played the radio too?
